You can spend your day fishing from the shore along with many other fishermen. However, you have better chances to catch large, interesting fish if you go on one of the many fishing charter boats that leaving the shore every day. You can pay for a place on a boat, or you can rent one for yourself and fish on your own. If you are not familiar with the waters off the west coast of Mexico, your best bet is to join a charter. All equipment and the expertise is provided.
